Interim Senior HR Business Partner
  • A 12 month assignment supporting a bank's transformation, ensuring key stakeholders across HR and the business are fully engaged and informed
  • Influence, design, implement and review the people agenda which is aligned to both the business and HR strategy
  • Lead and motivate Business Partners to deliver HR solutions across divisions
  • Coach, guide, advise and provide feedback to the Stakeholders
  • Proactively consider forward planning activity, and have a clear view and understanding of wider/external changes, providing advice and guidance as needed
  • Develop relationships with senior union officials on specific programmes, ensuring a positive relationship is built and maintained
  • Work in partnership with Talent Management to ensure seamless delivery of talent solutions to senior stakeholders
Experince Required
  • Strong stakeholder management up to and including Director level
  • Experience of working within a matrix environment
  • Have lead on transformation initiatives
  • Project prioritisation techniques and methodology is desirable
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to convey complex subject matter effectively
