HR Business Partner - Investment Management

An excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to move into an advisory HR Business Partnering role within a medium sized, reputable Investment Management firm

Key responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Selection up to Director level for client group (c. 250)

 

  • Global Mobility - co-ordinate the relocation and design of packages for assignments across the client group whilst obtaining the relevant work permit/ visa.

 

  • Employee Relations - support the business by enhancing employees' performance, managing and providing support to Line Managers in respect of employment law and guiding them with grievances and disciplinaries; support from the Head of HR will be provided if required.

 

  • HR Projects - providing support to the Head of HR to include but not limited to the implementation of a new HR system, employee engagement survey, corporate title and reward structure review.

 

  • Reward - Support the Head of HR during the salary and bonus review process, review local benefit offerings and undertake benchmarking when appropriate.

 

  • HR Administration - prepare contracts, termination letters, oversee the administration work of the HR Assistant, reconcile payroll and provide local headcount reporting.
