Exciting HR Business Partnering opportunity based in Mayfair

Experience of working in fast paced, commercial environments with key stakeholders. Able to influence and negotiate with a proven track record of building strong working relationships, internally and externally to add value. A strong client focus with a pragmatic approach to problem solving. A keen interest in working autonomously with full ownership for work undertaken, with a real delivery focus. Ability to pass on knowledge and upskill less experienced team members in an open, supportive and collaborative way. Ideally, a technical ability with systems, analytics and numbers with the ability to drive decisions by manipulating and presenting data.
  • Works with the Head of HR to deliver an exemplary HR service to the London trading and support functions (circa. 500 employees)
  • Leads resource planning and recruitment by understanding team dynamics, attrition, future requirements working strategically to respond to requirements. Leveraging established relationships with head hunters to streamline processes.
  • Takes ownership of the annual, graduate recruitment campaign for top talent. Brings new ideas and is interested in developing the Programme so that it remains competitive. 
  • Partners with senior key stakeholders in the business on all areas of HR to facilitate workplace change in areas such as redundancy and restructure providing risk assessed scenarios and managing complex exits, in line with legal environment.
  • Develops and nurtures relationships with third party providers, in areas such as resourcing, training, health, pensions, legal, immigration and taxation in order to offer informed, accurate advice to the business. Whilst always seeking to develop own knowledge and upskill the team.
  • Is interested in supporting change management initiatives and promoting value add HR in areas such as M&A and increasing the profile of HR globally.
  • Provides input into developing talent management and succession planning strategies, based on previous experience.
  • Brings a new approach to onboarding and the employee experience.
  • Coaches and mentors less experienced members of the HR team.
  • Maintains Workday system with the ability to troubleshoot from a business process and security framework angle.
  • Uses Workday to model data and build reports to provide dashboard analytics to the business.
  • Educated to degree level
  • CIPD Qualified desirable
  • Workday systems Administration and/or implementation experience
  • Experience of working in a front line trading, or similar fast paced environment
