Overview of role
To provide effective and professional HR Generalist and Project support for an 8 month maternity cover (FTC).   Delivering on all aspects of HR including L&D, Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Projects and HRIS.

Project work
  • HR System:  Assist the team as required in the implementation project.
  • Regulation: Work with Head of HR and internal/external parties as required to assist in the implementation of the Individual Accountability and Conduct guidelines in Singapore.
  • US Employment Handbook: Work with internal and external advisors to produce an employee handbook for the US business.
  • Experience of working on HR or payroll system implementation projects, expertise with HR systems configuration;
Skills and Experience required 
  • Strong data manipulation skills and experience, a highly competent user of Excel;
  • Financial Services experience 
  • Organised with the ability to work with minimal supervision;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Energetic and pro-active with a can-do attitude;
  • Excellent customer service skills including timely and well thought-out problem resolution;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users.
