Rebecca is Managing Director of TDA HR and an HR specialist. Rebecca began her career in Human Resources for Nomura International and subsequently worked for Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, Canopius and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities. After 12 years as a successful HR Business Partner, she set up the HR business at TDA Group in 2012. Rebecca has achieved Chartered MICPD status through demonstrable experience of working within HR and Recruitment and has built trusted relationships with our People Partners through delivery and reputation.
Abigail Nahar
Senior Consultant
Abigail is a Senior Consultant at TDA HR and possess 3 years’ experience on the agency-side, 7 years in-house direct recruitment experience within UBS and 4 years at JP Morgan Investment Bank as a Lead Recruiter. With prior experience working for an RPO, Abigail has a diverse and commercial skill set that’s invaluable when hiring for HR. Previous specialisms before she joined TDA HR and trained as a Specialist HR recruiter in 2018 were within Finance, Operations and the Risk space. In-house Recruitment is her area of expertise.
