Terms of the Candidate Referral Programme

The “referrer” relates to a person known to TDA HR or TDA Group (“TDA Group”) who is recommending a candidate for a specific role or generally for their skills and experience.
The “candidate” relates to the person being referred
The “Reward” related to an iPad.

  • The referrer must be known to TDA Group either as a client or candidate.
  • The referrer will need to obtain consent from the candidate before their details are submitted in writing to TDA Group.
  • TDA Group’s Consultants will assess the suitability of the candidate for a role.
  • The Referral Programme applies to permanent roles and Fixed Term Contracts for a minimum duration of 12 months.
  • TDA Group must not have spoken or received details of the candidate prior to the referral or have the details of the candidate on their database.
  • The placement of the candidate must be made within 6 months of the referral being made in order for the referrer to be eligible for the reward.
  • The candidate must be employed by TDA Group’s client, will not be under any formal disciplinary procedure, and will not have given notice to resign nor been given notice of termination up to and including 14 weeks from the new employment start date in order for the referrer to redeem their Reward.
  • Upon placement of the candidate, TDA Group will notify the referrer, and it is the responsibility of the referrer to claim their Reward within 6 months from this date to be eligible.
  • The Reward is subject to change at the discretion of TDA Group but the reward will be of similar value.
  • Once the Reward has been issued, TDA Group is not responsible for its set up, use, functionality or any damage.
